Definitions

  • “Pet Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”: Refers to Pet Hub, the provider of the Services.

  • “User,” “you,” or “your”: Refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Services.

  • “Services”: Refers to all products, services, content, features, and functionality provided by Pet Hub through its website and mobile application, including but not limited to online store for pet products, veterinary services (in-clinic and home visits), and grooming services.

  • “Content”: Refers to any text, images, video, audio, or other material published, uploaded, or appearing on the Services.

Use of Services

A. Eligibility: By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

B. Account Creation and Security:

  • To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Pet Hub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

C. Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You are prohibited from:

  • Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

  • Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

     

  • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

     
     

  • Submitting false or misleading information.

     

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code.

     

  • Collecting or tracking the personal information of others.

  • Spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping.

  • Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Services.

  • Using the Services for any obscene or immoral purpose.

Product Sales

A. Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on the Services are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All weights, sizes, and dimensions are approximate.

B. Pricing and Payment:

  • All prices for products are in  EGP – Egyptian Pound and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.

  • Payment must be received by Pet Hub prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept various payment methods as detailed on our Payment Options page.

C. Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

D. Shipping and Delivery: All product sales are subject to our Shipping Policy, 

E. Returns and Refunds: All product returns and refunds are subject to our Return Policy, 

 

Service Bookings

A. Service Descriptions: Descriptions of services (e.g., veterinary consultations, grooming) are provided for informational purposes only. We strive to be accurate, but details may be subject to change.

B. Booking and Confirmation:

  • Service bookings are made through our designated booking system on the website or app.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation notice from Pet Hub.

  • Availability of specific service times and professionals is subject to change.

C. Service Cancellation and Rescheduling: All service cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Return Policy (which includes service cancellation terms) 

D. Service Provision: Pet Hub will use reasonable efforts to provide services as scheduled and described. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Pet Hub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from us

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Pet Hub makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pet Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;

(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;

(iii) any content obtained from the Services; and

(iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

In no event shall Pet Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Egypt], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Pet Hub’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least [e.g., 30 days] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pet Hub regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Services.
